STEP 3 - Hire your ya student(s) and complete YA paperwork

STEP 4 - Evaluate Your YA student workers Regularly
Every Youth Apprenticeship pathway has a specific checklist of employability skills and pathway-specific career skills at which your student will need to become proficient. Your local YA coordinator will be in regular contact with you to assure that your student is successfully accomplishing these skills. The information you provide to your local YA coordinator will then be translated into a YA grade for each semester.
